Sehr großzügige und lichte Wohnung in einem tollen, noch recht neuen Wohnkomplex. Absolut zentral, sehr gute Nahverkehrsanbindungen, Edeka im Hochfeld und Bäckerei Wolf (absolute Empfehlung) sowie einige sehr gute Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Innenstadt kann man auch unter 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Hervorzuheben sind der große Balkon und der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz. Alles lief einwandfrei und kleinere "Mängel" wurden durch die Vermieter umgehend behoben! TOP!

Insgesamt ordentlicher Standard, das Meiste war vorhanden. Zufrieden mit der Wohnung, wenn auch der fünfte Stock sowie die Hitze störend waren. Kindergerecht, insgesamt zufrieden.
In der Beschreibung sind zwei Badbereiche aufgeführt. Das stimmt so nicht, es handelt sich um ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie einem weiteren Gäste-WC. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung angepasst werden. Für sechs Erwachsene ist der Dusch-/Badbereich nicht geeignet. Mit den Kindern war es okay.
