Location, size of the unit, quiet.
Shuttle to the lifts was super easy to use ....
Couldn't find the unit initially.
Need signage on the road to help locate it ...

The location provides easy access to the mountain by a bus that rotates every 15 minutes.
The unit is a little outdated and needs some TLC. There is a bifold door that was removed from the tracks is just simply leaning against the washer and dryer. Hole in the drywall above the floor tile in one of the bathrooms. One of the bathroom sinks is pretty clogged up. The sharp metal handle on the balcony sliding door is missing wood cover and it’s hard to open. The dining table has only 3 chairs that are at the end of their life cycle. And don’t be surprised if the smoke alarm goes off by the time you finish your first batch of pancakes and you get a visit from the fire department. These are just some thoughts I’d like to share with the owner and property manager.
