Loved the location and the hot tub was a plus.
The water temperature in the shower did not get very hot and the bathroom could use an exhaust fan but there is a window.

Great location, queen bed was comfortable, hot tub and fire pit were great and the newly done bathroom was nice.
No windows to open for fresh air beside small one in bathroom, sliding screen door was broke, lots of spiders, definitely not two sofa beds like description said (one was a tiny very uncomfortable futon, other was just a couch).
