Great location VERY helpful staff: We thank the cleaning people too - lovely women. ... and the staff at Utopia who help us immensely by depositing us and our suitcases on arrival and helped us when we locked ourselves our of our unit! They made that fun! We also appreciated the modem unit they lent us so we could have WiFi which Booking.com said we had, but didn't. VERYwell equipped unit. Great fridge, stove top, microwave etc PLUS fantastic hot water and shower pressure. Laundry facilities were good but it would have been better in our unit. The VIEW was just beautiful even if we did have to navigate 3 flights of stairs in the slippery wet and at our robust age of mid/late 70s

It was just a little old and tired. New curtains please. A new paint job (especially around the door frames), new window fixtures, updated furniture (lounge room) and updated cabinets in bedrooms and kitchen is recommended.....and air con for hot weather in the lounge room! Instructions on how to navigate the 'smart' TV would be helpful ( thank God we managed to work it out! ) A heated pool would have been wonderful to experience especially as we had 8 days of rain for our 10 day holiday ( We went south to Tassie and back home to Christchurch to experience the heat 🤦)

Not much to dislike

Comfortable accomodation well equipped for self catering. On site swimming pool. Handy location 10 minutes walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction and across the road from good Irish pub. Trouble free arrival and departure arrangements. The low price for the area made up for the dated decor.

Ceiling light illuminating cooker wasn’t working making it difficult to observe what was cooking. No markings on the oven temperature control.
