Sono stato ospite di Giovanni per una notte, poi sono andato via per il weekend e sono tornato il lunedî. Quando sono tornato il lunedì la struttura era più pulita e si vedeva. Il letto è comodo, la zona rimane fuori dal centro ed è tranquilla e si dorme bene. Giovanni è una persona premurosa verso l'ospite. Il voto che do è una media tra le 2 notti che ho passato nella struttura.
Il primo giorno non mi sono trovato bene perchè ho trovato la struttura veramente sporca (tanta polvere, sporcizia sui pavimenti, ragnatele), inoltre c'era una puzza davvero forte per via dei 3 cani (1 di piccola taglia e 2 cuccioli) che stanno in cucina, per carità io amo i cani però tenerne 3 in cucina in un posto dove ospiti gente non mi sembra molto il caso. Inoltre il rubinetto del bagno perde acqua.
