Strutture immersa nel verde, nuova molto accogliente con tutti i comfort. La titolare molto attenta, precisa e disponibile per rendere la struttura perfetta al soggiorno. Facile da raggiungere vicina all’uscita dell’autostrada e vicina a Lavagna.

Cosy Home- wee expected a private house not an apartment on 3rd floor. The name of this place is misleading. Also it was a nightmare to find this place, address was given one, but in fact location was 3km away from given place. It took us about 40 minutes to find this place, the host met us in parking spot near apartment. Checkout time 9.30- absolut abnormal time for checkout, we stay without breakfest and morning love.

Easy check in and out. Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful appointed apartment, seemingly newly renovated. Good bed and pillows. Great kitchen with 3 different coffeemakers supplied! Fresh coffee and some nice artisanal biscuits to top it of. If only all places could be like this...

Noisy building, neighbours and street sounds during the night.

The hosts were exceptionally accommodating. The appartment is modern and well-equipped with amenities.
