We had to call to have the water dispenser and ice maker on the refrigerator cleaned because it had black mold all over it. Also, both shower heads had mold on the individual holes where the water comes out. The kitchen sink leaked water and the guest bathroom toilet would continue to run once it was flushed unless you kept jiggling the handle. The 10 digit code for the front door continually didn't work so we would have to try it 3-4 times before it would open the door.
