Ananda Villa by Betterplace

Ananda is a beautiful Villa that is very secure and safe. The stunning tropical gardens when you enter the Villa are better in person from the photos. Absolutely beautiful place and safe place. Our family loved the good size pool even when it rained. The immaculately clean and comfortable sized bedrooms, living and dining area saw all our family happy. Wayan and the other staff go above and beyond to help your stay to be a memorable one. They all did a fabulous job and helped in anyway they could. We will miss them and thank them for helping us to have a wonderful Christmas and relaxing 11 day stay. All the neighbour’s are very kind and helpful and the local restaurant staff make the yummiest food.

The only two things is if you order GoJek it’s not clear where the exact delivery location of the Villa is and you may need to meet them down the drive way or at the restaurant but that is not the Villas fault as it is a Google map issue. We stayed during wet season and this did affect the remote gate but the staff were prompt to clear its track even in the downpour.

the villa was really comfortable and a great place to relax and rejuvenate. the design of the separate bedrooms allows you to have your own space if need be. great place to stay.

the only thing we probably didn't like was it's a little out of the way. you really need transport.

Beautiful villa. Love the set up of the rooms and the pool. Surrounded by beautiful greenery. Wayan, the butler was amazing - helpful and super kind. Perfect place to stay for our quartet.

Très belle maison de ville au décor contemporain sans vis à vis dans un environnement calme. Les lits étaient très confortable et les locaux très propre. Merci à Wayan pour sa réactivité et sa gentilesse.

Malheureusement notre sejour de 3 nuits a été entaché de problèmes : La machine à laver et le sèche linge ne fonctionnaient pas, pas d'eau à la baignoire de la suite parentale et une désagréable odeur de fosse septique dans le salon et la chambre 2. A notre arrivée à 19h il y a eu une coupure générale d'électricité sur Bali. La villa ne possedant pas de groupe de secours nous sommes resté dans le noir et sans eau courante toute une soirée et toute une nuit. Le jour de notre départ il n'y avait plus d'eau car problème du surpresseur puis une nouvelle panne d'électricité 🥵. Dommage car la villa est vraiment super.
