The property has everything you need and is walking distance to all the places: grocery store, restaurants, beaches, coffee shop, bar, bakery, nail salon and spa, great views. The host, Loula, is the most amazing person, very helpful, attentive, considerate, SUPER, SUPER HOST!

We were welcomed and given lots of friendly and useful advice about where to visit and what to do. This is extra helpful as there isn't a tourist office in Spetses.
The patio is nice to hang out and read. There is a good supermarket nearby and nice restaurants. We enjoyed Agia Marina beach on several days, its a short walk away.
There is a nightclub nearby which can get quite loud. We were OK, we had earplugs and sleep well but one night was louder than the others and was a little intrusive. However this nightclub does also do excellent cocktails so maybe if you can't beat them, join them ;-)

Loula, the host, was wonderful. She welcomed us and gave us very good tips/activities (the bakery close by, beaches, boat trip around the island and restaurants. She responded very quickly any question we had via email. The house was very well equipped and clean.

We loved the location and that's why we first chose Loula's house and we were very pleased with Loula's hospitality and kindness.
