The water views and the under-cover deck; Convenient location - an easy walk to the foreshore, parks, local cafe and restaurant; Clean and tidy inside and out; Good set up for dogs; Cosy wood fire; Good interior layout and descent size rooms; Clean and tidy; Sufficient bedding; Reasonable rate.

Aircon heating not working so a very cold house to wake up to in the mornings until the wood fire is lit up; No heating in the bedrooms; Sofas are old saggy and uncomfortable to sit on; Bed mattresses in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have no support. Ensuite vanity basin old, stained and semi-blocked - needs replacing. We didn't realise the house is on a busy road with constant traffic noises which made the deck less desirable.

We loved the location, the comfort and cleanliness of the home, the welcoming communication with the owners, as well as the facilities and outstanding water views.

We couldn't get the television to work but that was more than likely on us, as non-savvy senior women. :)

The house was neat, tidy, clean. Very quiet area. Little traffic noise. Great views of the Bay from the balcony.

No egg cups, wanted to cook boiled eggs, had poached instead. Hot water takes ages to obtain at the kitchen sink. If one leaves firewood to be burnt in the fire box, one needs something to light the fire. We had no matches, lighter. Had to purchase a cigarette lighter from the corner shop. Luckily, I took a tablecloth for the table. No place mats. No hair dryer in the ensuite bathroom. Bought a pizza, pizza tray would have been nice. Had to cook it on the griller tray in the oven. We managed. TV reception dreadful. Could only watch Channel 7. Didn't bother turning the TV on.

House was very neat and tidy. Had everything needed for our time away. Loved the house and the place.

The only issue we had was with the water pressure in the showers, especially the common one. Not suitable to shower in.
