Market Apartment- harbourfront studio Pittenweem

Location was fantastic. Apartment had everything needed.

We asked for the beds to be split as i was traveling with my mother. Unfortunately when we stripped the beds at the end of the stay we found quiet a few different stains on pillows, quilts etc.

The location is perfect. Beautiful view across the harbour and an easy walk along the coastal path to Anstruther, St Monans and beyond. Spotlessly clean studio with a large comfy bed ( 2 singles put together with a single duvet on each). Great communication from the letting company. Lots of parking outside too.

Quite a late check in time at 4pm and I’ve never had to strip the beds before leaving anywhere else but not a big deal.

What a location

Basic and on ground level street but quiet and affordable

Location is excellent. Milk and shortbread a nice touch on arrival

Size of the studio was very claustrophobic and not clear from the pictures. Level of cleanliness was poor,window sill in main room was dusty as were the blinds. Window sill in the bathroom was disgraceful, dirty and dusty, broken blinds. Shower seal had pieces of mould and the sliding door was grimy at the top. The couch was in an awkward position, too far from tv and too close to the bathroom door so that you couldn’t open it properly. On arrival my husband found human hair on one of the cushions on the bed
