Близькість до моря!
Перше і найголовніше, під час заселення 21 липня у помешканні був дуже сильний та важкий запах сигарет, хоч було написано що палити заборонено. Ми з дружиною не палимо і дитина 6 років, тому нам це дуже заважало!!! До того ж кондиціонер увесь в середині у грибку, що дуже шкідливо для здоровʼя!Видно одразу як його увімкнув. Ще до того ж навпроти будова і з 7 ранку дуже стає шумно, я розумію що це не проблема самого помешкання, але будьте готові що відпочити вранці вам не вдасться.

The apartment is in a quiet area 100m from the beach and the promenade, it is equipped with everything you need. I kept in touch with the owner via WhatsApp and the check-in and check-out procedure was very simple.
The apartment could use some improvement, but it didn't bother us, those with pretensions probably won't be satisfied. The problem is with the parking space, but it's not the owner's fault.

Relativ gute Lage
Die Unterkunft war Anfang Februar völlig ausgekühlt. Ein erwärmen war nicht möglich. Aufenthalt nur mit Wärmflaschen erträglich.
