Very well equiped with modern appliances and consumables. Very comfortable. Convenient parking. Very quiet.well compiled instruction booklet for the appliances and another booklet explaining the apartment and surrounds.
Nothing in particular. There was an evacuation of the building at midnight because of a building fire alarm. Quickly dealt with by the brigade. A problem just outside the building apparently. Nothing to do with the apartment.

Location and the layout and facilities inside the apt
There is a building site, directly outside the apt, so although it was double glazed you could hear the noise, especially as there is a very large crane. The Balcony was too dusty to sit out on and eat or rest up
