La cours extérieure est agréable avec une belle vue sur les quais et la mer. L’emplacement est bien placé pour découvrir Hermione.
Gros problème de bruit avec le voisinage et d’odeur d’égout. Le restaurant snacking voisin et la fréquentation nocturne est source de beaucoup de bruit. Impossible de dormir la nuit jusqu’à 4h, voire 5h du matin, à cause des cris et des démarrages de motos et voitures répétitifs. Il y a un problème avec les canalisations de la salle de bain, cela sent énormément les égouts dans l’appartement et il faut aérer très régulièrement
