A little rustic for some tastes, but the water was hot, and it was great at night by the pool.

There was no breakfast. An Oxxo and some cool bars were right around the corner plus a pharmacy. It was a short walk for coffee at the Oxxo and then a nice time sitting by the pool and gardens.

The place was located about 30 minutes from the historic center, but its tranquility made up for it. Not a bad walk.

Horrible and awful place to stay

absolutely nothing

Absolutely nothing. The room was terrible. The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with back pain. The bathroom was clean, but there were roaches everywhere I looked. The room smelled awful — a strong, musty humidity smell — and the walls were badly stained. Truly an awful place. The garage was terrible too. The property is on the corner of a busy street, and it took me about 15 minutes just to get in. If you’re considering staying here, don’t.

The location was great but the not room.

The location was awesome. It was near restaurants and transportation.

The staff was not welcoming or apologetic for making us wait to get in. Instead, we were reprimanded for not following the instructions that were emailed to us. Which BTW we never received until three hours after our arrival. Also, there was mold in all the rooms. The sink was falling off the wall. The shower curtain also had mold. The mattress and pillows were old and stained. It was gross! Overall, our room needed some desperate upkeep. They should also consider putting a fan in the bedroom because there was only a very small window in the bedroom that only let in some fresh air in. The worst part was our front door to our room. It was literally a death trap. We could not open the door from the inside with the key they had given us.

Bonita instalación mal servicio al huesped

Negligencia por flojera y desidia, mala atención al huesped. Los amenace con dar mal comentario en Booking y fue cuando uff el gran servicio (si a mí factura si a cambio de sabanas)antes ni lo intentaron. No me gustó el servicio ni la forma como me atendieron porque en el primer contacto cuando pedí factura no me la quisieron dar cuando sí es obligación que me la den, espero me la den. A la segunda noche pedí cambio de sábanas a las 7am las que había olían a sudor así dormí la primer noche creo que no las cambiaron del fin de semana avisé al administrador y pusieron muchos pretextos y no me las cambiaron. más por flojera negligencia que porque fueran muy complicados mis mis solicitudes y no pusieron jabón para la regadera.

Nada cómodo

Un jardín espacioso.

El lugar se encuentra un tanto abandonado, no hay atención por parte del personal, ni funciona los extras que se mencionaban, la alberca un tanto sucia y la regadera no proporcionaba agua con presión suficiente, nadie nos ayudaba a abrir y cerrar el garaje, no tenía puerta el baño lo bueno que era privado dentro del cuarto, para acabarla en la noche haber tenido 2 cucharas en la habitación y 3 en el baño fue cuando decidimos no volver a hospedarnos en este lugar, nos tocó una mala experiencia esperemos mejoren para próximos visitantes :)

Para viaje de trabajo está bien.

La ubicación es buena y accesible. Llegar por cuenta propia y entrada autónoma también, indicaciones claras. La habitación estaba linda y limpia, tambien el sanitario.

No ofrecen desayuno. La piscina es de agua super fría y estaba sucia. De hecho cuando llegamos tenía una sombrilla de esas de mesa de jardín y tuvimos que sacarla y limpiar. El baño de mi bungalow estaba afuera y no ofrecen amenidades.

Agradable, pero puede mejorar

Me encantó la entrada autónoma y que siempre estuvo atento el o atenta la host. El lugar está super bonito y acogedor. Tiene una excelente ubicación super cerca del centro y un oxxo caminando.

En general está muy bien, solo que hay ciertos detalles que aunque son pequeños marcan mucho la diferencia para la comodidad y buen ambiente. 1. El baño no tenía puerta; además, como la regadera no tenía cortina, todo terminaba empapado, mínimo que nos proporcionaran una jerga para secar hubiera estado mejor. 2. Las toallas no secan, solo se humedecen y ya no funcionan. 3. La cocineta está muy descuidad y no da confianza dejar ahí nuestra comida :/ 4. El estacionamiento está en una zona muy peligrosa; sé que por ello no se puede hacer mucho, pero en su guía podrían avisar que está en una curva y que hay que tener cuidado, sobre todo si uno va solo porque se complica más. 5. A las 7 de la mañana en sábado estaban tocando tambores a todo volumen!!

Atención del encargado

Instalaciones. Cama pésima (colchón viejo y sucio). No tiene puerta para la recamara y entra la luz del exterior, ademas que no tiene mucha ventilación. No sirve la puerta del baño. No tiene agua caliente la regadera. No te dan toallas.

Gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage

Die Unterkunft ist ca. 25 Min. Vom Zentrum entfernt, die Strasse führt fast direkt zum Zentrum. Im Umfeld gibt es einen Walmart und diverse kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Auch wenn die Anlage an einer Strasse liegt, so ist es in den Zimmern sehr ruhig. Draußen befindet sich eine Küchenzeile, der optische Zustand ist nicht sehr schön, aber sie ist sauber und funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bad ist groß genug, außerdem gibt es einen Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.Mariana ist sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Organisation Taxi, Danke für die Hilfe.

Warmes Wasser zum Duschen muß man ordern, finde ich nicht zeitgemäß.
