This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something nice within a budget, it had breakfast included, a pool and restaurant on site and we couldn’t be happier with our stay.
Room was clean on arrival, however was never cleaned during our stay even when we put the “please make up room” sign which was a little bit inconvenient as the rubbish was piling up.
Location is great, very close to town, ATMs and the markets, however it is almost an hour away from the airport and just over an hour away from the ferry port (so be mindful).
They had wifi, however it would randomly stop loading or disconnect.
Otherwise great place to stay with super friendly staff :)

The advertised photos were comparatively different, I bought 5 nights at this hotel, it was so bad after only one night I bought four nights at a different hotel and had a wonderful time. I’m now left with trying to get a refund for the four night not used since I lived at another hotel. This was the worse start to our stay in Apia. Buyer Beware

All the negative reviews are correct. I thought surely not, but experiencing it proves it. The cleaning & breakfast staff are the only good there. If you start your holiday here, it will ruin it. They use the booking app to secure your booking but charge you bank card fees that you don't get charged if payment goes to booking app company(Agoda) My initial booking through Agoda was ***. By the time the hotel took the booking & added charges it was ***. Of all the hotels I've stayed in Japan, Thailand, NZ, US, & Hawaii no problems. I have been charged like this twice. Both the hotels have been Samoan hotels. This disappoints me more because I am Samoan & to see non existent service & everything aimed at getting your money that you saved for a holiday only to have it ruined is infuriating. Agoda should remove this listing as they don't need hotels like this.
