The apartment was extremely clean and very modern with all the necessary amenities. Close to the center of Ermioni and the host is wonderful.
Only down side is that it’s a little noisy in the morning, as it is situated amongst houses.

Maria is a fantastic host. She was very pleasant an accommodating, made certain we had everything we needed. The property is so well equipped, so nicely furnished, and of such a nice size that it truly is a home away from home! Absolutely recommended!
Perhaps the directions to the place could have been a little more comprehensive--it's tucked in the middle of the old town, with narrow, doglegged streets. Of course, that makes it charming...but it was a bit of a challenge.

Maria - she is the loveliest host, very friendly and helpful. She was working at the cafe when we arrived and throughout our stay. Very well located and easy to find. Lovely quiet entry behind Ermioni Cafe. The 1brm apt is well appointed and ideally suited to a couple or a couple and one teenager. The welcome fruit and Easter eggs were a lovely touch.
The bathroom has been renovated nicely

The bed is quite hard but maybe this is typical of Europe as we found the same in Athens
The kitchen is lacking a few basics such as utensils like an egg flip, tongs, tea towels to dry dishes (plenty of paper towel provided).
When I asked where the rubbish went expecting it to be cleared I was told to take it down the street to the dumpsters by a man in the cafe who seemed to own the place given the way he talked.
Also there is no washing machine which was annoying as I had a lot to wash and although Maria took it away to wash for us (no charge) I felt I could only wash a few basic items. We are moving onto a yacht and I had bedlinen, towels, kitchen linens to wash which I need to find a laundromat.
The negatives are minor and Maria’s kind and friendly manner more than made up for it.
