Vieux Marché Sublime appartement avec ascenseur

Mooie plek, volledig en heerlijk bed. Fijn in het centrum, mooi ingericht

De douche stroomde niet goed door en het zou gemaakt worden, maar dat lukte niet, we konden maar heel kort douchen. Op het toilet was het behang los en ook de plinten.

Our car cannot get closer to the apartment : I understood that only authorized persons can go beyond the metallic poles The japanese toilet is noisy after flushing We need a second keyset assuming 4 adults that need to split their activities Beds are not rigid enough

Belle situation en plein centre de Rouen place du vieux marché et appartement spacieux et bien organisé. Facilité d’arrivée et Accueil sympathique

L’Appartement manifestement manque d’entretien dommage car cela nuit au standing. Porte de salle de bain à la serrure cassée et qui ne ferme pas Attache de pomme de douche cassée … … Pas de climatisation et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit car bruit de la place. Et enfin ascenseur en panne alors que l’annonce mentionne l’existence d’un ascenseur ! Atout qui m’a guidé dans mon choix.

Location was excellent. It was an excellent base for our family to spend the weekend. The flat is beautiful and decorated with taste. We would have given it 5 stars if not for the issues we observed during our stay.

We believe the agency chosen to look after it did not do a good job - wallpaper was badly peeling, boards were dropping off from age and bad maintenance, dead insects on window sills and dust on cupboard and table tops. Kitchen utensils hadn’t been properly washed so there were traces of old food on plates and cutlery. 2 out of 4 fans were broken which was a shame during the heat wave. We took photos of all we saw upon arrival and signaled it to the agency because we had to pay a damage deposit before arrival and did not want to be held responsible for the state of the place. The agency staff were rather condescending at the beginning.
