Sve mi se svidjelo, kod ulaska nismo zatekli nikoga na glavnoj recepciji ali smo nasli spremaciju koja je jako ljubazna i saljiva i sve pohvale za nju i od srca ji zelimo sve najbolje.
Korektan smještaj u sjeni neugodne financijske nelogičnosti na recepciji Boravak u hotelu općenito je protekao u redu, no sam čin odjave i naplate znatno je narušio cjelokupni dojam. Prilikom gotovinskog plaćanja došlo je do zamjetne "pogreške" u obračunu povrata novca, gdje nam je prvotno vraćen iznos umanjen za 20 eura. Bez obzira radi li se o nenamjernom matematičkom previdu ili pokušaju manipulacije, takva vrsta nepreciznosti na recepciji apsolutno je nedopustiva za ugostiteljski objekt ovog ranga. Cijenim što je situacija mirno i brzo razrješena nakon našeg neposrednog prigovora, no gorak okus ostaje — osobito imajući u vidu da se nalazimo u Međugorju, mjestu gdje bi poštenje, etika i transparentnost trebali biti osnovni standard.
