Located in Waverly, this welcoming cottage brings it all within your reach. Tennessee River is an easy 7-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make the 39-minute drive to Waverly City Hall.

Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the firepit and BBQ grill. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and DVD player.

A living room, a fireplace, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan are featured at this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental. The cabin was beautiful and the set up was great. There were a few things that were not there that we would normally expect. There were no potholders or garbage bags in the trash cans other than under the kitchen sink. No icemaker in the freezer and no ice cube trays. Neither of the fireplaces worked nor the outer string lights on the porch. The plastic mattress covers don’t fit the mattresses and they are extremely noisy and very hot. The trashcan outside was full to the top when we got there. And the furnace filter was completely packed causing the furnace to run continuously until we removed it.
