Two bedrooms and a total of three rooms provide a pleasant setting for families, couples, or a vacation with friends; children are welcome. The living area, featuring a sofa nook and a wood-burning stove, is perfect for cozy evenings. Adjacent to it is the open-concept kitchen, which is equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils, among other amenities. Two bathrooms offer additional comfort; one features both a shower and a bathtub.

A sauna for private use and an infrared cabin are available for relaxing breaks. A washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, as well as a radio and hi-fi system are also provided. Outside, you’ll find a terrace, an enclosed garden with patio furniture, a lawn for sunbathing, a beach chair, and a charcoal grill. A playground is also available. Built in 2018, the house is located in a rural village and offers views of the garden and surrounding countryside. The sea is about 500 meters away, and the sandy beach is about nine kilometers away. Shopping options are about nine kilometers away, and restaurants are about four kilometers away. A car is recommended; two parking spaces, a carport, and a charging station for electric cars are available. This is a smoke-free property.

The small village of Vaschvitz is located in the western part of the island and offers visitors a unique blend of idyllic nature and historic charm. The island of Hiddensee is located in the immediate vicinity and can be reached by modern passenger ferries.
One of the most remarkable sights in Vaschvitz is the manor house, which boasts a long history. The manor house was built in the 19th century and has been lovingly restored in recent years. On the estate grounds is an art barn where concerts are held as part of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival.
Another highlight of Vaschvitz and its surroundings is the nearby Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. This unique national park is known for its fascinating wildlife, including birds and seals, and offers visitors numerous hiking and biking trails through beautiful landscapes. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach near Glowe, known as the Schaabe, is a paradise for Baltic Sea water lovers! It is about 15 km away and can be reached in about half an hour via the Wittow ferry. The Schaabe is Rügen’s longest Baltic Sea beach, stretching 11 km between the towns of Juliusruh and Glowe. It connects the Wittow and Jasmund peninsulas.
The small sandy beach in Schaprode (on the Schaproder Bodden) is about 7 km away and is recommended for families with young children, as the water there is shallow and calm; there’s also a nice playground for the little ones.
