In this majestic natural setting, you'll have a fenced backyard and a shaded patio that make a wonderful spot for family barbecues at golden hour.

This home boasts a prime location for hiking, with Tucson Mountain Park and its scenic trails less than two miles up the road. Here on the west side of Tucson, you'll also be close to downtown (five miles), the University of Arizona (seven miles), Saguaro National Park (nine miles), and golf courses in every direction.

No matter how you choose to spend your days, you'll delight in beginning and ending each one outside in the peaceful backyard. Sit down for alfresco breakfasts on the patio, indulge in afternoon naps in the hammock, and admire the sparkling night sky as you flip steaks and burgers on the grill.

The centrally air-conditioned interior is bright, open, and polished, with large picture windows framing mountain and valley views throughout. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen (with double ovens, a top-of-the-line fridge, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers), a light-filled dining room, and a living room where you can stream movies by the wood-burning fireplace on cool winter evenings.

All four bedrooms feature views of the desert, with the primary suite offering its own smart TV, bathroom, and access to the patio. Bonus features of the house include a private laundry room and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
