The modern and comfortable apartment is located a short walk to the stunning blue flag awarded beach of Sabillinas, where you will see golden sand, blue sea and beach bars offering a wide range of food and beverages.
From the property you can easily walk to supermarkets and the best restaurants and bars the area has to offer. No matter if you want to enjoy fresh seafood, Mediterranean dishes and tapas, a grilled steak, or treat yourself to a delicious ice cream at one of Sabinilla’s ice cream parlours, it is all just a short stroll away.
The picturesque marina of La Duquesa, which also hosts a wide range of bars and restaurants with fantastic views, is only a 15-20 minutes’ walk along the promenade or a short drive away,
Sabillinas is a great location for exploring the surrounding areas such as the whitewashed towns of Manilva and Casares, Selwo Aventura safari park and Gibraltar. Golf lovers have a great pick of courses in the area to try including Dona Julia, La Duquesa Golf, Casares Costa Golf and Estepona Golf.

The location is perfect for this two bed/two bath - walking to the beach and many restaurants. Garage parking was also nice. The WiFi was not working and the property manager could not assist. The pool is not located on site and was not open when we stayed. Would recommend for for location
