Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in The Village of Lynnhaven, you'll be just minutes away from The Villages' many restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment venues. Don't miss your chance to experience the best of Florida living in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental. Book your stay today! With a spacious and open floor plan, you'll have plenty of room to relax and unwind.
Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. If you need any further assistance, we are available 24/7 by phone, email or text if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. Belvedere and Lynnhaven
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding a locked storage closet. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.
The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in DOES offer use of a golf cart for an additional fee. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) additional golf carts, if desired. It is truly a fun part of the experience.
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Very nice home! Just what we needed. Love the close proximity to both Sumter Landing and the 466. The golf cart was a huge plus as we used it to go everywhere! Working with Village Valet and the owners was a dream! I highly recommend :))
