Ski resort within walking distance! With a surface area of 60 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers and a baby, it features a pretty 22 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, including one located on a mezzanine accessible from the second bedroom, and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), games for children. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 22 m² living room with sofas, TV with free Netflix, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove with hob and oven, raclette and fondue set, Tassimo pod coffee maker...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds, with a staircase leading to a third mezzanine bedroom
- Bedroom 3: mezzanine with two single beds, accessible from bedroom 2 via a Japanese staircase
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Additional private facilities: selection of board games, books and DVDs, fans, ironing board and iron, deckchairs, parasol.
Additional equipment, to be shared with the tenants of the adjoining property: tumble dryer, barbecue, gas plancha and outdoor games. Parking and barbecue are organized around a shared courtyard.

Exterior:
- A private 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture, accessible from the shared courtyard.
- A secure ski and bike room, shared with the tenants of the adjoining apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the old village of Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Les Angles ski resort: first ski lifts 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. Heated ski lockers at the foot of the slopes, bookable on the Les Angles website.

- You can park directly in the accommodation's private parking lot (1 space).

Other remarks :
- Household linen (fitted sheets, comforter covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
