There are two rentals on this property. The main house is the home listed in this add. The second is the garage conversion that does have a long-term tenant in it. They do not have access to the house or the backyard and lake access. That is all apart of this listing and only reserved for our guests.
You will need a car as this property is about 5 miles from downtown Kalispell. The house is directly on Foys Lake west of Kalispell.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

You will all have space in this spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house ON the lakefront. A few miles from Lone Pine State park, you can enjoy the outdoors regardless of season. Hiking, ice fishing or boating can all be done outside your back door. We look forward to assisting in the BEST Montana memories!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our only concerns were the AC did not cool the house the first night - we opened the windows and by the second night the house was cooled sufficiently. The second concern was that the porch (lakeside) entrance would not lock. So I give the stay 4.5 stars.

We gathered our family all living only 8-15 miles away from the LL house on Foys Lake on Wednesday afternoon. The house is beautiful and faces the lake with a beautiful view. We enjoyed swimming, relaxing in the front yard, evening at the fire pit, dining at the dinner table. My contact, Linsay Hart kept me informed and helped me correct my mistakes. Wonderful 4 days!

Our family with young children loved our time here. The yard has lots of level lawn to play on, a fire pit (was stocked with wood when we arrived), a rocky beach area and private dock. The depth of the water off of the end of the dock was about 4 ft. The lake water is crystal clear, we spent lots of time out on the water on the kayaks and SUPs available for us to use. The house was spacious and comfortable. The master suite has a king bed and is across the house from the other bedrooms, offering great privacy. All bedrooms were spacious, with a queen bed. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, with two full sized refrigerators and all of the small appliances you would have at home. The dining table is huge, plus a nice dining set just outside the door on the back deck. Lots of seating in the main living room. This property is a great place for a family gathering.
