About this house rental
Older 1940s home on a friendly street in a neighborhood that is being updated one block at a time. Home recently refurbished and equipped with all of the necessities you would have in your own home including kitchen and personal amenities, indoor/outdoor games, books, and toys for children.
It is conveniently located to all thing's puro San Antonio!
Minutes from HWY 35, 281 and IH 10, you can get almost anywhere in San Antonio in 15 minutes or less.
BONUS less than 5 miles away you can enjoy; the King Williams District restaurants and stroll around the quiet historic neighborhoods, visit Southtown coffee shops, breweries, and art scene. You can wander around markets and events at The Pearl, attend shows and concerts at the Alamodome, and cheer on the Spurs at their home of the Frost Bank Center. The Riverwalk connects all over downtown and has endless restaurants, bars, and shops. The Rivercenter Mall located on the Riverwalk has a small Aquarium and Legoland as well if you are visiting with children. Our home is also located near Art Museums, Hemisphere Park, and the San Antonio Zoo. Hayes Street Bridge is just down the road and is a known spot to take a walk, view the city, and have a photoshoot.
Our 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home is very cozy and bright with a lot of natural light. The backyard is fully fenced making it ideal for privacy and guests traveling with well-behaved pups. Full sized washer and dryer on the premises.

The property was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed having a bonfire. The mom/daughter duo have done a nice job with their property. Very close to all the attractions and shopping.

The property was very well decorated. Backyard was fenced and lighted. It is peagravel, was great for dogs and easy to clean up messes. Love that they allowed pets. Has all the amenities that you could want in a home. Had a couple issues and spoke to host and she responded very quickly. Close to interstate but in a rough looking neighorbood. With that being said they are working on cleaning up the area.
