Welcome to our luxurious vacation home at Magic Village Views, located only 3 miles (5 km) from the renowned Disney Parks!
Our private villa provides a refined, and comfortable sanctuary in the heart of Orlando, only a few miles from Orlando's main destinations!
Our amenities include sleek stainless-steel kitchens, BBQ Grill, Hot Tub, elegant furnishings, stunning art pieces, and premium bedding. Each room is furnished with a television and a private en suite bathroom.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.
To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.
When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.
The parking lot and hot tub do not require any additional fees.
However, the resort pool, courts, and Fitness Center will incur an extra charge of $100 per group per day.
The resort fee is optional and not mandatory. You can choose to pay it at the clubhouse entrance if you decide to use the amenities.
With 2 floors and enough space for 12 people, our villa is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones!
Our stunning home offers a spacious main floor with a luxurious king size bedroom, a modern bathroom, an inviting living-dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find a heavenly bedroom with another king size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, as well as a cozy bedroom with two queen size beds, a charming bedroom with two twin size beds, a fourth bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub, and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The property includes the following amenities for your comfort and convenience: a furnished patio, a soothing whirlpool tub, 3 designated parking spaces, 5 TVs with cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, HVAC for climate control, towels and linens, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

The unit was perfect for us. We had 3 families, 7 people and each had own bedrooms and bathrooms. Great common space and outdoor patio. Location was a key factor for our choice on places to stay and both price and location were unbeatable. Very close to Disney, especially Animal Kingdom. Can a avoid I-4 and 192 completely and use a back entrance to Disney property if we wanted. Entire week rental was less than staying 2 days on Disney property. Also Sea World and Universal studios are not much further away. It was nice getting away from the crowds at the end of the day and still close by.

I'll start with the booking process. It was the first time I was asked to book outside of VRBO. I, as well as the other guests, were beyond skeptical. I contacted VRBO. They assured me that it was an actual VRBO booking, they charged a fee up front, before the host charges went through, so you are able to confirm it is an actual VRBO booking with all the insurance and protections that come with. We had a girls trip with four adult women. Everybody had their own room, everybody had their own bathroom. This place was clean, modern, beautiful! I took pictures, but honestly, they look EXACTLY as the pictures already here, so no need to post. The host, Vitor, was beyond amazing. I had questions several times before our stay and he was extremely patient with me and very helpful. Took care of everything I asked very promptly. He also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going ok. The location of this place couldn't have been more perfect. It was a very short drive to every park. Walmart right around the corner for groceries and a plethora of restaurants right down the street. It was out of the way enough to be quiet at night. Perfect spot. We did minimal cooking, but the kitchen seemed stocked enough. The hot tub worked fine once we figured out how to use it correctly. Everything else was in fine working order as well. I really can't say enough good things about our stay here. Do not hesitate to book this!

Overall, a nice place due to size and that all bedrooms had their own private en suites. Perfect set up for multiple couples/adults who want to share a rental but like their own space and bathroom, too. Disappointing that they charge so much extra to use the pool/amenities especially given a few of the days we only had a few hours a day so we didn't feel the extra fee would be worth it. They also charge extra just to use the grill. Feels a bit like they nickel and dime you when all amenities should just be included in the price. Location to Disney and other things was nice and easy but this development is set off by itself and not much to do in immediate area.
