Located just 5 minutes from the beach and similarly close to restaurants and on/off access to the causeway, guests will be perfectly positioned for enjoying all Sanibel has to offer!

This two bedroom two bath home can comfortably sleep up to six guests and features such amenities as high speed wifi, high end appliances and furnishings, and a spacious screened lanai. Guests will feel transported back in time at Sanibel Serenity, as they take in the beautiful exposed wood beams and flooring, light filled living room, and classic fit and finish that is synonymous with Sanibel Island of the past. Located just 5 minutes from the beach and similarly close to restaurants and on/off access to the causeway, guests will be perfectly positioned for enjoying all Sanibel has to offer!
Split across two levels, this home features plenty of space for larger groups to feel comfortable. The upper level featuring two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The downstairs features a walk in laundry room. The total sleeping capacity of this home is six guests, although we will consider larger groups on a request by request basis.
Outside of the home, guests will find a gorgeous outdoor seating area which offers excellent stargazing at night. Guests will also enjoy the expansive screened lanai, allowing one to be outdoors yet remain undisturbed by mosquitos and noseuums. The home is located approximately five minutes from the beach and the nearest beach access for guests will be the Algiers beach access located off of Casa Ybel Rd just a 5-10 minute walk and 3-5 minute bike ride from the home. Guests will also appreciate the proximity of this home to Jerry's supermarket and numerous restaurants (Traders, El Cielo, Mudbugs, etc.), in addition to a great beachwear shop Mango Bay. All open and serving customers daily.

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided access to the entire home, with the exception of an office area downstairs that is locked for owner use only.

This home is located in the Atlanta Plaza/Sanibel Highlands neighborhood of Sanibel.
Getting Around:
We recommend a rental car or bikes for getting around.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver prior to their stay. There are externally facing cameras located at this home.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed, but provide guests ample privacy to enjoy their stay in an unobstructed manner
