This NYC Themed Smart Home is only a 5 minute walk (2min drive) to UBS Arena & Belmont Race Track! Perfect spot if you're catching a game, concert, or visiting the New York area. W/ private parking for up to 3 cars.

The space
This is a stand alone, one level-1,000sqft House...
-NOT a basement apt (low ceilings, not safe)
-NOT a 2nd FL apt (no stairs to walk up)
-NOT a 1st FL apt (no footsteps over head)
-NOT a shared home or space...only you and your guests will be on the property (complete PRIVACY!)
-UBS Arena: 2 min drive/ 5 to 10min walk(legs-free)
-JFK Airport: 10 min (uber/lyft $20-$30)
-LaGuardia Airport: 18 min (uber/lyft $25-$35)
-Citi Field: 18 min (uber/lyft $25-$35)
-Manhattan: 30-45 min (uber/lyft $50-60)
-This unique, cozy 1,000sqft, 2 bedroom, 1 BATH, 1 floor ranch style house is specifically and exclusively designed for 6 guests. We do provide an air mattress for an additional 7th guest.
-Perfectly located 2 minutes off the Cross Island Parkway at the UBS Arena Exit.
-Easy access to all major highways which takes you directly to Manhattan, JFK, LGA, and Long Island Beaches
-Not driving? We are only a 2 min walk to the bus stop (N6 or N1), which takes you directly to the subway to get to the City.
-It is also a smart home powered by Alexa. You can control all the lights, control the thermostat, lock and unlock the doors, play music, ask her travel questions, get info on local places to shop or eat in the area, ask her the weather, have her set an alarm or reminder, play games, and the list goes on and on.
-Parking can be hectic being that we are so close to the UBS Arena/ Belmont Park, but no need to worry because you have Free parking in your own private driveway for up to 3 cars.
-Free streaming services are included with your stay: Netflix, Disney+, Hulu

-Battle put Golf putting game (the beer pong of golf)
-An array of board games

-Fully stocked. All the cooking essentials you will need.

-$200 per person fee over the 7 guest maximum. Does not matter if guest/visitor spend the night or not.
*Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am. When possible, we can accommodate an early/late check-in/out for a FEE. Cost & Availability is based on:
1) Hours requested
2) Cleaners schedule
3) If a guest is checking in/out the same day.
Please let us know in advance for higher chances to be approved.

Family friendly. Loved the games and the NY city teams. My grandmother would have loved it too. She is a die hard NY Mets fan. The hosts were super accommodating making sure our twins had their high chair and cribs. Our family LOVED the bidet!!! My daughter LOVED her room. The hosts took the guess work out of our trip. Thank you so much for making a fellow NYer feel comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights while we attended a Disney event at UBS Arena with our young kids. This house has everything needed to keep the kids entertained and was a quick walk to and from the arena. Perfect for our trip!

Charming house with modern amenities. Check in was easy. Communication with property management is fast. We didn’t use kitchen much but has everything needed for cooking. Easy Wi-Fi access. Bathroom with bidet and modern shower. Location is walking distance to UBS arena and close to LaGuardia & JFK airports. Highly recommend. Would definitely book again.

We drove in from South Caroline for the winter warfare fight. This house was great for us (3 adults) with the main benefit, private gated PARKING! Nice to pull into the yard next to the patio & lock the fence. Also, the spa shower was the best after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable firm yet soft. The house was clean, “Alexa” was a nice bonus, kitchen was stocked and owners were fast to get back to us. We will be back.
