About this bed and breakfast
Fully furnished 2 bedroom accommodation in the heart of St Marys.
We are located in the centre to the Blue mountain and Sydney city easy 3 minutes drive access to the M4, 20-25 mins drive to the blue mountain 5-8 mins drive to Nepean hospital and 10 mins drive to Penrith westfield.Walk to Aldi store and Woolworths at St Marys shopping centre, 2 mins drive access to the Great western highway and 2 mins walk to bus stop.

Can sleep 4 people.
The main bedroom has a large comfortable queen size bed, and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, with clean linens, blankets, pillows and cases provided. There is large mirrored built in wardrobes in both bedrooms, with clean towels provided, hangers and shelves spaces, steam iron and iron board provided.
A fully functional kitchen with stove & oven for cooking, cutleries, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and microwave, and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cereals, and some drinks provided in the fridge.
In the bathroom is a large shower and toilet with complimentary toilet papers, soaps and shampoo.
There is a front balcony with outdoor seating for smoke and fresh air, and watch the kangaroos on the other side of the paddock field.
There is outdoor laundry with 2 big washing machines with laundry detergents provided.
Free Allocated car parkings on the premises available for all guests.

Great host, fresh eggs, comfortable stay-country style. With good internet . Well equipped kitchen, stove and oven working well (range hood needs a bit of attention-already told the host ). Close viewing of kangaroos. Internet. Overall better than expected based on the website pictures.

The place had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and condiments. It was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and again had everything that was needed. It had nice touches like soft drinks in the fridge and and nice bar of soap in the bathroom. It's a quiet location but close to shops and Penrith. We really enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money.

Owner Siai was very welcoming and accommodating. Very easy to see how much thought and effort she put into making it such a comfortable stay! Saw some wild joeys on the driveway and the area is close to many good eats and supermarkets!
