About this house rental
Located on the hills above Saint-Valery-en-Caux, in a quiet setting yet within walking distance of the sea, the town center, and its shops.
Accessible via a pedestrian path (your car will be parked 100 meters away), a door opens onto a family home and its spacious garden, which overlooks the historic district of St. Val.
The house, which is over 100 years old, spans 95 m² and features a large 25 m² open kitchen, an adjoining 22 m² living room, and upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160-cm bed and direct access to the outdoors via another staircase, a bathroom, an adjoining open-plan bedroom with one single bed (convertible to a double), and a small bedroom with one single bed. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (separable) and a single bed, as well as a half-bath.
Outside, there is a large 500 m² garden with a spacious 8 m x 4 m wooden deck offering a 180-degree view.
The best part about this house is that after swimming or strolling around the harbor or town, you can walk right back home to a safe, quiet, and green setting.

The house was better than we expected. Atmospheric, cosy and with lots of kitchen equipment and two barbecues. The communication with the owner was excellent. I can recommend this house to people who like to experience a bit of the life in a fisherman’s town. Within 10 minutes walk you’ll find a lot of shops, restaurants, a pebble beach and a harbour with possibilities of joining a trip on a small boat.
