About this villa rental
Beautiful, elegant villa on the Pisan hills, in a very central area for visiting Tuscany.
Located in a quiet position, and surrounded by a large garden, partially fenced, the villa enjoys beautiful views over the countryside, the olive grove and the adjacent wood. In the garden there is a swimming pool (3.5 x 3.5 m, 120 cm deep, open from April to October) with a solarium and a Jacuzzi (2x2 m).
The house, 200 sq m, is very large and can accommodate up to 6 guests. On three floors, two of which with access from the ground floor, the villa has a panoramic terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining, and a covered veranda with a large barbecue and wood-burning oven.
The other large veranda, on the lower ground floor, and which can be opened electronically, leads to one of the entrances of the house where there is a large space with living area (fireplace, Smart TV), worktop area, dining area with a 10-seat table, and large kitchenette (induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, moka). A staircase leads to the upper floor with a hallway, and a double bedroom (160x200 cm bed) and en suite bathroom with shower, and access to the covered terrace with barbecue, wood-burning oven, and to another covered terrace with panoramic view.
Also from this ground floor, a stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large living room with two comfortable single sofa beds, a smart TV, a large bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed), and a bathroom with shower.
Facilities: air conditioning throughout the house, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, mosquito nets, hairdryer in the bathrooms, cot, pets allowed. Welcome basket.
Distances: restaurant 1,2 km, shops and supermarkets in Forcoli 4 km. Pisa 33km, Lucca 35km, Volterra 37km, San Gimignano 43km, Florence 74km, beaches at 43km.
