We offer a Meet & Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process sent to your email after your booking is confirmed.
This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.
Once your ID is verified, you must let us know your arrival time so we can arrange your check-in with a staff member.
👜 Luggage: If you are arriving before 3 pm, we have luggage storage service available from 10 am.
🚗 Parking: we do not have parking facilities, therefore we recommend Stasher find flexible and cheap parking spaces available around you. Alternatively, Q-Park Lane is a 2minutes walk from the apartment and you can leave your car for £50/24h

The house is in a great location in London. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Host was very easy to communicate with and was VERY responsive to our questions. I just passed on a couple of improvements he could make to help others understand how things worked. Like heating system and some kitchen appliances. But it was a good place for 7 of us family members.

This property has a great location, and we enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup was the management company not effectively responding to a couple of maintenance requests.

The Mayfair location was excellent for our family. The flat itself was good set up w 4 bedrooms for privacy. Some minor items like missing hair dryer/understanding heating which property mgt promptly addressed. Comfortable especially since not spending lot of time inside.
