The living areas include a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a shared games room. Appliances include a Range with a gas oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, table tennis/pool table, PlayStation and dart board. Outside, there is designated parking on a gravel driveway. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Please note that there are steps up to the dining room and throughout the property.
