Kitchen. The full kitchen features quartz countertops, counter seating, full-size stainless-steel appliances, workstation sink, pull down faucet, and disposal. Appliances - side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Amenities galore - fully equipped for your convenience.
Living and Dining. The open concept living and dining area focuses on easy, living comfort featuring a wet bar, gas fireplace and 72” smart TV. Furnishings include a sectional sofa, lounge chair, dining table for four, counter seating for two. The wine bar cabinet is stocked with a mixology bartender set as well as wine and cocktail glasses.
BEDROOMS, 2nd floor
Primary Bedroom. Spacious bedroom with attached full bathroom, plantain shutters, and mountain view. Queen bed with comfort-gel medium firm hybrid mattress, 55" smart tv, full-size six drawer dresser, desk, lounge chair, large mirrored wardrobe closet.
Second Bedroom. Small second bedroom with wardrobe closet. Double bed with comfort-gel medium firm hybrid mattress, 42” smart TV, full-size five drawer dresser.
A twin size roll away bed, stored in the laundry room, provides an extra sleeping option.
BATHROOMS
Full Bathroom, 2nd floor. Dual access from primary bedroom and hallway. Stylish bathroom with large shower stall, rainfall shower system, single sink with vanity, storage galore.
Half Bath, 1st floor. Entry way bathroom. Sink and toilet.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room features side by side GE washer and dryer and plenty of shelf storage. Here you will find a twin roll away bed, iron, ironing board, bedding, linens, towels, and household supplies.
ACCESS/SECURITY
Guest access - Gate opener to assigned covered parking. Keyless front door entrance. Key to private pool gate. Keyed community gate entrance is for guests parking outside the complex.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Perfect location--an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs, the Movie Colony, and the Las Palmas neighborhood, and very close to many biking and hiking opportunities. The condo has everything one might need for a month-long stay, and the views from the deck are spectacular. The host, Becky, is superb. She promptly and professionally dealt with an unfortunate water issue that arose during our stay (no fault of hers), offering us a full range of options to ensure that our Palm Springs vacation would be the best that it could be. We look forward to our stay at this property next year!

Great location that is walking distance to groceries, a Starbucks and downtown. The property was so clean and well equipped. Becky was a wonderful host.

We’ve been going to Palm Springs for several years now for a month in the winter. This is by far the best condo we have stayed in. It is in an excellent location only about 1 km from the main drag in Palm Springs.Becky, the host, is absolutely excellent. The condo is very large, two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the whole condo is extremely well equipped with many helpful items.The whole complex is behind walls and remote control gates. Fairly standard in Palm Springs.

In an older complex this unit was updated perfectly. Huge deck with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very private, great furniture, new kitchen and baths, great beds. Walkable to everything downtown. Mostly used the car for Trader Joe runs. Ralph's can be a walk.
A nearly private pool at the bottom of our stairs.
Our landlord took care of all the details. It was equipped with everything we could imagine at our arrival. We were there for two months and will return for the same two months, next year.
