Planning a family gathering in Cody? This listing is for 3 separate homes in the same downtown Cody location. Wildly popular when rented separately, rent these units together to ensure the perfect family getaway. Main house: 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 Twin XL, 1 king), 2 baths, along with a queen memory-foam sofa sleeper. 2 guesthouses each boast 1 bedroom (queen) and 1 bath w/convertible sectionals (queen). Secluded backyard with grill, fire table and outdoor dining.
Easy keypad access simplifies check in - after that, we are just a phone call away to ensure your stay is perfect.
One block off Sheridan (Cody's main/high street), you'll be close to everything that matters during your stay. Shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and museums are all within easy walking distance. But you'll never know you are in the heart of downtown when you relax in our secluded backyard surrounded by its ivy-covered fence. It's the best of both worlds!
Guests will have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces on the property.

Chef's kitchen, large dining room plus breakfast bar offers sit-down eating for 12. Downstairs you will find a washer and dryer, plus another living room, dining area, and small kitchen. Each of the two guesthouses offer 1 queen plus convertible queen size sectional, full kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 4), laundry, and full bath. All units are air conditioned for your comfort.
Perfect for families, our location is just one block from Cody's main/high street with its shops and restaurants. Walk out for breakfast or dinner, take in the Buffalo Bill Center of the West museum, or relax in City Park just minutes away on foot. So Great! 3 Families stayed here! Each set of parents had own Suite & plenty of space for all kids to sleep in beds too! Amazing! Backyard Awesome! Walked 1Block to THE BLANCA TATANKA for some of best food & cocktails! Easy drive to Yellowstone Park East Entrance! Amazing Hosts too!

This was an exceptional place. We liked the ability to walk anywhere in town. The set up was get for our family. We had 4 family groups. We used the kitchen and grills frequently which saved the expense of eating out. Kitchen was fully stocked with extra spices and oils for cooking. I highly recommend this place for large families. The cottages behind main house were excellent for family of four or less. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

My family of 12 stays at rentals several times each year. We've been doing so for countless years. This Cody rental is one of the best, if not the best, we've every stayed at! The hosts are incredibly hospitable. They have made the house with basement and the duplex hospitable as well - comfortable furniture without unnecessary items, very clean, with a great grassy backyard that our grandchildren played in extensively. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. My perceptive daughter-in-law couldn't stop raving about it. An outstanding rental!
