Villa Casablanca is a fantastic property with 5 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a heatable pool, a jacuzzi, and a barbecue, located in Portimão. It is fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and another with a double bed, air conditioning, and access to the property gate. Between them, there is a bathroom with a shower. Before the living room, you will find a storage room with an ironing board and iron.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area features a large table and a sofa, both overlooking the pool and with direct access to the outdoor area.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another bedroom has a bunk bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, while the last one has two single beds and air conditioning.
Outside, the villa offers a barbecue area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a hammock, and sun loungers. For entertainment, there is a ping pong table. The pool can be heated (optional extra), as well as the jacuzzi (optinal extra). The property also has a private parking space for one car.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heated by solar panels - Please note that during the winter months, the water heating system, powered by solar panels, will not operate as efficiently as it does in the summer due to reduced sunlight availability and lower air temperature

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Lovely villa , comfortable , spacious , clean , everything we needed in the kitchen . Pool was great . Hot tub was extra .
Arrived late first night , neighbour reported us for being noisy -two kids in the pool . Hands up , yes they were excited , had been travelling all day and yes there is a ‘quiet neighbour ‘ scheme between 10m and 9am . But no one mentioned the local dogs that bark constantly 24/7 , I’m not talking one or two , I have never heard so many dogs barking in one area . Honestly it was awful .im disappointed they would complain about children having fun as apposed to dogs barking -constantly . It’s a shame .Children observed the ‘quiet time ‘ dogs did not

The place was spacious and had great facilities like the barbecue pit and also 3 bathrooms were very welcome.
Close to all the important parts of portimao and the staff were informative and responsive.
Only issue is that its in a quiet residential neighbourhood so if you're looking to party then best try somewhere else!

I'll start with the good, this place was clean, the beds are comfortable, the ac works in both main bedrooms, the water pressure is good and the water is hot. The backyard is quite beautiful, which is here we spent the majority of our time. The pool is tiny maybe 12x6' about 4' deep, the pictures are a little misleading in scale, but it was good for cooling off. There is off street parking, but its tight for one car, and requires manually unlocking and physically opening a gate each time, not very convenient.
The house as a whole feels very dated, like nothing has been updated since the 80s, and while the pictures are accurate, it looks better in them than in person. We were provided a single set of poor quality towels each, not even two towels for a house with a pool, in a beach town. I don't expect a lot of amenities, but a single roll of paper towels or cloth napkins does not seem like a lot to ask, and neither was provided. No coffee at all, a couple of cups for your first day was provided at every other place we stayed. The most egregious issue was every toilet had a sign saying, "Please do not throw toilet paper or any other trash in the toilet, it will block the pipes. Please use the bin provided." When I messaged our contact asking about the toilets (surely they must mean don't flush pads/tampons, and not toilet paper?!) and extra towels, we never received a response. Stingy amenities and bad communication ruined a potentially beautiful place.
