Stylish and exclusive penthouse apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, communal pool in Caleta de Fuste.
This new apartment has the appearance of a boutique hotel and is the perfect home for a wonderful holiday. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large round table with four chairs and atmospheric lighting. A lounge sofa on the adjoining terrace lets you relax and enjoy the views of the mountains and golf course.
There is a stunning roof terrace with amazing views of Chipmunk Mountain, the golf course and surrounding mountains, you can enjoy all day long sun with a sofa/chairs for relaxing and 4 sun loungers.
The compact kitchen is equipped with crockery and glassware, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and various kitchen appliances, grill, toaster, dolce gusto coffee machine and kettle. A washing machine/tumble dryer is housed in the utility room.
The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. Fine bedding, pillows and plaids complete the rooms. Each modern bathroom is furnished with a spacious sink, toilet, and showers, hair dryer and shower essentials. This apartment caters to your every need: air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, a safe, free WiFi, a TV system with numerous channels, movies and box sets which are in English and in several other languages. The Smart TV allows you to login to your Netflix or Prime account.
Located in the quiet gated community called Pueblo Majorero, well maintained gardens, a huge communal pool, a pool for the children and a play park. The apartment complex is easily accessible via a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport (about 15 Euros). The beach and the Atlantico Shopping Centre are are within a five-minute walk, with a full-size supermarket and range of shops, food and drinks. Caleta de Fuste, also known as Caleta or Castillo, is situated on the east coast, nine km from Fuerteventura International Airport in the municipality of Antigua. It’s an ideal location from which you can explore the island or enjoy the enjoy the amazing beaches with fine golden sand and crystal clear water. There are numerous bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Other nearby facilities include a small marina, convention centre, two golf courses, a casino, and a variety of water sports such as sailing, surfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, snorkelling, and diving. Golfers can play year-round at the Fuerteventura Golf Club which borders the apartment complex and recently hosted the Spanish Open. Stayed here with my partner and granddaughter, the penthouse is amazing and had everything we needed. In a good location for Atlantico shopping centre and 20mins walk into Caletta. We would stay again.

Check in was completed a couple of days before arriving.Key codes provided before we got there.Appartment was immaculate and exactly as shown in photo’s.Everything you need in the kitchen was provided.We stayed for 2 weeks and the whole fortnight was incredible we’ll definitely be coming back.Quick mention to Kim who manages everything from payment,check in and your stay in the apartment she was excellent.

Really lovely apartment- exactly as described, if not better as it is well situated on the corner of the building so not overlooked at all. Apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook if you want to. Roof terrace a huge bonus. Great base for running and hiking- we had a great week!
