With an open modern ranch floor plan and a resort-style backyard oasis, this home offers a covered outdoor lounge area with a dining patio, a lush green lawn with plenty of space to play catch with Fido, a refreshing pool, and large hot tub with lounge chairs and shade umbrellas, 2 fire features for gathering as you watch the sunset over the San Jacinto mountains, a hard-lined gas barbecue grill, and a hammock – perfect for an afternoon siesta. Guests will enjoy hours of fun with the indoor/outdoor game room equipped with darts, a pool table, ping pong, a bar, and a quarter basketball court as well as an in-pool basketball hoop, corn hole, and even a tree house.
Preparing and gathering for meals will be a breeze with a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of seating options with a cheery breakfast nook, a large glass dining table, and an outdoor dining area.
Sun-kissed and sleepy from a day of play, rest will come easy when it is time to say goodnight. The property sleeps 8 adults comfortably with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house, and a detached casita with ensuite bath.
The primary bedroom, casita, and south guest bedroom all feature king-size beds, while the north guest bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two extra-long twin beds. The living room also has a sofa that converts to a bed, and the casita has a sofa that folds out to a bed that would easily accommodate a child.
If you do decide to venture out, the property is conveniently located between downtown Palm Springs and South Palm Springs where you can find some of the desert’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment.

*This home is located in a VERY quiet neighborhood. No music outdoors at all or indoors that can be heard outside. Occupancy limits of 4 cars, 12 daytime guests in total, 8 overnight, STRICTLY enforced. Quiet hours (no pool play, indoor voices only, etc.) between 10 pm and 10 am are strictly enforced. Long-Term Rentals Welcome!
No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TVs, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
Monthly Stays – Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.

Perfect place for our family vacation. We were 6 adults and the home had plenty of room for all of us. Multiple places to gather and everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time.

This property is amazing. The home is spacious with ample space to enjoy. The kitchen has all you need. The home is decorated in cool blues with pops of color, so perfect for Palm Springs. The bedrooms are huge and the comfortable king size beds are a plus. The casita is great. I was honestly jealous my son claimed it as his own. The game room was a huge hit with us all. The yard is incredible!!! It’s huge. Our puppy thoroughly enjoyed her daily zoomies. The pool is large with tons of great floaties and the volleyball and basketball nets are a great addition. There is so much to do outside…fire pit for smores, cornhole and croquet. We would have played everything but it was way too hot. Note to self…don’t go in August. We will definitely return during a cooler time. 😁. The only bummer is I DON’T OWN THIS HOME!! It is a dream home and one u have to stay at. Also, Samantha was great to deal with!! Thank you for our wonderful stay.
