About this campground/ rv resort rental
A fisherman's paradise. Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel and Snook can be found. Taylor county shorelines consist of some of the best and underfished waters on the Gulf of Mexico. It's shallow-water, grassy flats at their best. Head offshore for deeper waters and you'll find Grouper, Snapper, and Cobia. Fly Fishing, plug casting or "flinging" baits, the fish are plentiful. Excellent scalloping both north and south. Book Keenan's early to ensure a great accommodation close by where all the scalloping action is taking place. Taylor County is also home to deer, turkey, waterfowl/duck, wild hog, and quail. There is always a hunting season and a reason to visit. When you aren’t enjoying fishing or relaxing in the sun, you can enjoy a hike or bike ride at Gulf State Park. This park also offers a playground and splash pad. Hagens Cove Park offers picnic pavilions, hiking trails, and an observation tower for viewing the surrounding area. Keaton beach is also 20 minutes from Iron Horse Mud Ranch. Book Keenan's year-round.
Keep in mind that because Keaton Beach is remote there is limited access to restaurants in our area. Grocery stores and restaurants are plentiful in Perry, about a 20 minute drive.
