Everything is as described, property is clean and well stocked. Location is perfect!

Great property and excellent location. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, a small grocery store, and all the stores right by the beach/pier. Had a great donut and bagel shop across the street as well. The outdoor space was nice - great bar area downstairs. It was also great to be able to shower off downstairs after hitting the beach. Only a couple drawbacks - one is that there is no bathtub on property, it’s all showers only (so if you have young kids that need a tub it could be difficult). The second was that the microwave was really hard to use because it has only dials and times are not marked. But if neither of those things matter then this place will fit your needs really well. We would go back anytime!

Adorable cottage with neat decorations. The retro appliances created a neat vibe. The hammocks and bar area under the house were very comfortable and enjoyable. The chairs on the front porch need to be replaced. Great location near the beach, pier and restaurants.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. It’s an old beach house with updated features. It sits on a main road, right across from the most popular donut shop. It’s a block walk away from beach access. The beds are soft, not firm, which was a negative for us. There are 4 showers and 3 toilets, one shower in an outside shower. But don’t expect to take a long hot shower, the house sadly has a small water tank. There is a washer and dryer. A great fridge and stove. An awesome hangout area “below deck". And the hosts are awesome!
