About this apartment rental
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. We are family friendly and allow small pets. Just steps away from Broad St, nestled in the historic downtown of Rome, GA. Located right on the river, with direct access to the river trail. This upstairs apartment has everything you will need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels are provided.
If applicable, early check-in/check-out will be $20 extra a hour.
When you park you will see the stairs to the left of the building. You will enter into the living room, where one of the bedrooms will be to the left. Through the hallway you will find the kitchen, bathroom, and second bedroom. Both beds are queen size.
Pet fee is $125.
Self-check in with keypad.
$20 upcharge per hour for early check-in/check-out.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT TOILET PAPER SHOULD BE FLUSHED IN THE TOILET. ANY WATER PLUMBING ISSUES THAT ARISE DURING YOUR STAY WILL BE CHARGED TO THE TENANT.

Comfortable and convenient location!This two-bedroom one bath apartment provided us with a comfortable living space and convenient location to downtown Rome & one of the many River walks in Rome. We would definitely stay here again. We did not need to reach out to the owner. They did provide us with clear instructions on check in prior to our arrival. 5 out of 5!

This unit is exactly as described. Perfect location beside the river trails and within easy walking distance to several great restaurants. Beds were comfy and porch offered a lovely “extra” space. They lose a star for poor communication during our visit. Our host did not answer either of our two question via text or telephone, but did arrange for the repair of one minor issue.

Supplies were low at the property, most noticeably, lack of toilet paper. There was no hand soap or dish sponge, making washing dishes more challenging.
