About this cottage rental
Warm and cozy mini farm house in Crystal River! Located between the beach and rivers! Grab your floats and go down Rainbow River or enjoy many of the local attractions! Citrus Ave is a local favorite or head down to Homosassa springs! So much to do in the warm Florida weather! Boat owners are welcome to bring their boat during the duration of their stay, there is plenty space to park your boat trailer.

Other things to know:
Active motion security cameras located at the front and rear entrances outside the house.
Be close to the beach and rivers in this cozy location! Wake up in the Florida sun and head down to Citrus Ave to grab a coffee and some local shopping! Then visit Homosassa Springs to see the manatees and other native animals! So much to do!!
There will be a 0.6 miles of dirt road(Sandy Road) or unpaved road leading toward property as we are in Crystal River Florida! Property is located on a dead end for privacy.
We do have Wi-Fi access or you can just disconnect and enjoy nature!
Crystal River has a Scallop season that is a very busy time of year July-September!
Before booking: IMPORTANT READ The private road to the is bumpy and has a few big holes in it. Not a problem if you are driving high-profile vehicles like pickup trucks and SUVs only. Under Heavy Rain conditions, the vehicle's performance, traction, stability, and maneuverability may be different. During the rainy season, these big holes get full of water and take a few days to dry back. Recommended to guests with high-profile vehicles only.
