This villa is the ideal choice for a family looking for standout accommodations while on holiday in beautiful Orlando. Professionally decorated with modern furnishings and attention to detail. This home boasts a unique center courtyard layout. The home?s screened-in swimming pool lays in the middle of the property granting each bedroom swimming pool access and optimal privacy.
The West Haven community also features a gym, tennis, and volleyball courts, and a larger swimming pool which will be accessible during your stay.
Conveniently situated near the prestigious Champions Gate area with shops, restaurants, and golf courses all within short driving distances. Disney theme parks are approximately 15 minutes away. Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive can all be reached within 30 minutes.

Enjoy a separate private bedroom with gorgeous queen size bed, walk-in closet, and flatscreen TV.
Please note if you are being billed directly by the host, Fairytale Vacation Rentals, require photo ID and a copy of the credit card to verify all credit card transactions and will charge a 4% credit card processing fee. If you would like to avoid this fee, we also offer other methods of payments as well ( eg. checks, Zelle, ACH and wire bank transfers).
OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -
1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.
Should you wish to order pool heating, please contact us for pricing.
2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.

Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway only. Street parking not allowed. Towed at owner?s expense. This is a hard rule of community. No garage access to guests.

The house is beautifully decorated and in a very quiet, gated community. House was more than enough apace for our fanily of 5 and perfect for our vacation. Would stay again.
