The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 12 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a large UltraHD 4K TV. It is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The lanai has an outdoor kitchen island with high-end BBQ, dining area, and outdoor living room with large UltraHD TV and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoy your private pool with waterfall spa!
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.
