The villa, built in 2014, is modern and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. For exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your villa consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 190 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (20 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette, TV, DVD and CD. You have access to the covered balcony to the covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Bedroom with 2 single beds, TV and air conditioner. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
