The villa, built in 2018, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.
