The villa, built in 2018, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

The rooms are divided as follows: Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (30 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. You have access to the covered balcony to the covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
