Enjoy cooking on a gas range in our bright and sunny chef’s kitchen stocked with everything you need for a family gathering! Fenced in yard with patio furniture, front porch with rockers and driveway with TWO free dedicated parking spaces and additional free street parking is available. Magnolia is a short 9 blocks to downtown’s historic Wilmington and the scenic Wilmington Riverwalk which spans nearly 2 miles stretching alongside the Cape Fear River lined with boutiques, markets and restaurants. This is an absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Wilmington! It’s on a very quaint and quiet street with easy access to downtown and the River, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I think our favorite part of the house was the wonderful front porch to hang out and chat!Jody is an excellent host and communicator. They provided all the necessary information at the appropriate times before and during our stay, and was very prompt in responding when I contacted her. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Wilmington area!

I booked this place for a weekend getaway for my wife and friends. House was clean, beds were comfy and felt like home away from home. Would stay again if have the opportunity!
