About this apartment rental
This comfortable holiday home in Mavarcica offers a 32 m² swimming pool and a spacious outdoor area with a Dalmatian summer kitchen and large grill. The house features three modern furnished apartments, each with large terraces, sun loungers, and additional furniture. The crystal-clear sea is only about 90 m away, and the surroundings offer rocky, concrete, or gravel beaches, ideal even for families with small children.
The holiday apartment is 84 m² large, located on the 3rd floor and offers space for 4 persons. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) – both with air conditioning. A baby bed can be provided upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and its own washing machine.
The living and dining area is combined and modernly furnished, with TV, satellite TV, corner sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), air conditioning, coffee table and sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery.
The 24 m² terrace offers sea views, a dining table for 4 people and sun loungers. Separate access, bed linen and towels are included. Parking is available directly at the property. Pets are not allowed.
The location is calm, only 80 m from the sea, 300 m from restaurants and 900 m from the supermarket. Split Airport is 9 km away, Trogir 4 km and Split 26 km. In the surrounding area, guests can engage in water sports, sailing, swimming, diving, snorkelling, pedal boating, hiking as well as visiting nature parks and sights.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, tourist tax for adults and young people, as well as registration and deregistration fee. No deposit is required.

Clean, well presented and equipped apartment, exactly as it looks on the website. Our hosts greeted us there and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions we had. Delicious refreshments were provided when we arrived, which was lovely. We particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony and spacious feel to the apartment. We shall be recommending this to our friends.
